- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Was booked into the hotel for my partners birthday celebration. The room we had booked from the net was showing old world charm the room we were shown to did not. To their credit the staff at the hotel immediately rectified the problem saving my partner special day. The staff were attentive and helpful and gave us a lovely time in Melbourne. Would like to give a special thank you to Clara Onraita assistant manager and the dining room staff for their 5 star help.By john stroud, July 02, 2017
