- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered a burger thinking ‘fast food’ is fast. After other customers were being fed up waiting and throwing their un-collected food receipts at the cash counter, and getting no response, and after personally waiting 15+ mins I had to send my boyfriend to run to the departure gate to delay the plane from departure, almost inconveniencing 300+ passengers. While waiting for my burger, the burger makers were taking their own sweet time, chatting and laughing away to their colleagues not giving a damn about making their customers wait for so long. Despite knowing that many customers are queuing to give orders, only one cash counter was open while the other cashier were just standing around not wanting to operate the other counter. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Occasionally I have a hankering for a greasy hamburger! Very disappointing from a quality and service point of view. Quite desultary service and the burger (and chips) werent hot :( Was quite busy when I purchased so wasnt a table to sit at.. although I cant really blame Hungry Jack's for that directly. Problem with items not being ready when you order and pay so its a bit confusing / shambolic as you wait for your item to become available .. in my case a boutr a 5 minute wait.. which normally wouldnt be an issue but at the airport you would expect prompt serviceBy Ian Woodruff, September 05, 2016
